Definitions
"Buyer" means a person or organisation having an tender displayed on this site.
"Supplier" means a person or organisation that registers on this site in order to respond to a Tender or Request For Quote.
"User" means any person viewing or using information.
"Username" (also referred to as "Logon Name", "LogonID", or "Logon") means the identifier by which a person or company is identified to this site during the logon process.

Use of Site
It is a condition of use of this site that Users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Users of this site rely on the information contained in this site at their own risk.
Strategic Ecommerce expressly excludes any liability to any User relating to the use of, or reliance on, any information displayed on this site.

Information pertaining to prices and availability of any goods sold by suppliers through catalogs linked to this site does not constitute, and should not be regarded as an offer to sell products on these terms.

Identification
The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the Supplier in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a supplier that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.

If Strategic Ecommerce becomes aware that any Username on this site was registered by someoe other than a supplier or that the Users Username and password details are known to persons not authorised to buy on behalf of that User then Strategic Ecommerce has the right to either disconnect the User or change the passwords and forward the new passwords to the User.

Strategic Ecommerce reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the identity of the supplier and also the currency and security of the passwords used.

The User warrants that whenever a person who knows the passwords used for accessing this system leaves the company that the User will ensure that passwords are changed accordingly to protect security.

Unavailability
From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's ternders) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. Strategic Ecommerce expressly excludes liability to any user of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of Strategic Ecommerce.

Accuracy of Information
A large proportion of the information contained in this site is supplied to Strategic Ecommerce by third parties. Strategic Ecommerce has no control over the accuracy of some of the information contained on this site and expressly excludes any liability to any user of the site in relation to incorrect information displayed on it.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify Strategic Ecommerce against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of this site by the User.

All material displayed on this site is subject to the copyright of either Strategic Ecommerce or its relevant client or contributor, and the copying, publishing and use of the material contained on this site is not permitted without the express written permission of Strategic Ecommerce.

Security
Users agree that they will not disclose their Username or password to any third party and agree to indemnify both Strategic Ecommerce and its suppliers against any loss or damage flowing from the unauthorised use of your password or log-in information.
